Dr. Pratima Sharma has also been associated with Akashvani i.e. All India Radio before this. There he worked in programs related to Persian service. While at Akashvani, he played an important role in Persian language broadcasting and many programs. This experience further strengthened his hold on the language. Considering his expertise and experience, he has been selected for this important department of the Defense Ministry.
