Bollywood veteran actor Mithun Chakraborty is not interested in any identity. He has ruled Bollywood during his era. But his sons Mimoh Chakraborty and Namashi Chakraborty could not achieve fame like him. Recently, Namashi has described herself and her brother Mimoh as different from other Bollywood star kids. According to him, there is no one in Bollywood.
Namashi Chakraborty said in a recent interview to Galatta India- ‘The perception of the public is that the Bollywood industry or any industry is a family, this is the biggest lie. There is no family here. You are a business proposal. If you give them business, then you are a star for them, if you do not give, then you are not a star.
‘Star Kids have given flop films but they …’
Namashi also talked about giving selected work to her brother Mimoh Chakraborty during this period. He said- ‘He just did khaki on Netflix, which became a big hit. There is a hesitation in the industry that they will give selective work. I think some star kids have given flop films more than Mimoh but they still get work. They are talented people. But the industry is not as united as people think.
Namashi further told that her brother Mimoh is guiding her. He said- ‘Brother has advised me to be strong, be very brave in this industry because if Friday is a hit here, you are a hit, but if you do not run then you become useless for people.’
Namashi will be seen in ‘The Bengal files’
