The Hundred league Mumbai Indians London: India’s multinational group Reliance Industries and Surrey County Cricket Club announced their partnership in ‘The Hundred’ on Wednesday, December 3, 2025. With this, the name of Oval Invincibles franchise has been changed to Mumbai Indians London.
Reliance and Surrey gave joint statement
However, this announcement was just a formality and it took some time for both the parties to make it public. Most of the agreements were made in July. Both the parties said in a joint statement:- Reliance holds 49 percent stake and Surrey holds 51 percent stake in the franchise and the ownership has been transferred from the England and Wales Cricket Board. Under this new partnership, both men’s and women’s teams will play under the name Mumbai Indians London from 2026.

Oval Invincibles is the most successful team of The Hundred
The most successful team in the history of The Hundred tournament has been Oval Invincibles and this team has won five titles in five years.
