Earlier this month, MNS (Maharashtra Navnirman Sena) expressed its opposition to the release of the film in Maharashtra. The party has expressed concern about the national security and impact on the Indian film industry, citing its long -standing protest towards Pakistani artists working in India. He has warned distributors and cinema owners against showing the film.
