I used to read the newspaper every morning, hoping that the government would take action and (in the initial phase) I was disappointed due to lack of action but on May 7, when I read about Operation Sindoor, I could not control my feelings and wept. It was very important to me.

PM Modi had suggested the name of Operation Sindoor

Prime Minister Modi had suggested the name of this operation of the army to give a befitting reply to the Pakistan -sponsored terror attack. In Hinduism, vermilion would have been a symbol of married women and in this terrorist attack, the vermilion of many women who were newly married.
