Pahalgam Terror Attack UNSC Close Door Meeting on India Pakistan Tension Members Raise Questions

The UN Security Council (UNSC) member countries have greatly raised Pakistan over statements like Falls Flag Nuclear and Nuclear War. After the Pahalgam terror attack, the UNSC met in a closed room on Monday (May 5, 2025) over the increasing tension between Pakistan and India. In the meeting, members of the UN Security Council raised strong questions on Pakistan, as well as questions about the role of Lashkar-e-Taiba in the attack.

Pakistan, a temporary member of the Security Council of 15 countries, requested the ‘meeting in a closed room’ on the situation. The council is the chairman of the council for the month of May. The meeting held in a closed room was not held in the Security Council Chamber, where the members of the council sit on the powerful table, but in a counseling room next to the chamber.

UNSC rejected the NARERC of Falls Flag Operation
Some New York sources told ANI what happened in the close door meeting. According to him, Pakistan’s meeting was very bad and the member countries also dismissed his story, in which he is repeatedly trying to tell the Pahalgam terror attack as ‘Falls Flag Operation’. Member countries also questioned the role of Lashkar-e-Taisab in the Pahalgam attack.

The issue of killing tourists on religious identity also raised
Sources said that all countries strongly condemned the attack in the meeting and admitted that the accountability must be decided. Some members also raised the issue that the attackers shot tourists and shot them. Those innocent people were murdered on the basis of their religious identity.

Pakistan considers stress due to increasing tension
Many members have accepted Pakistan due to increasing tension between the two countries. Sources said that those members say that Pakistan is doing a missile test and repeatedly makes rhetoric about the nuclear war, which are factors to increase stress.

Advice to Pakistan- solution of the issue removed by talking to India
Pakistan’s attempts to internationalize the situation have failed as the members involved in the meeting have advised him to talk with India and solve the issue in a bilateral manner. The five veto-holders of the Security Council are permanent members of China, France, Russia, Britain and America, besides 10 temporary members in the council, Algeria, Denmark, Greece, Guyana, Pakistan, Panama, South Korea, Sierra Leon, Slovenia and Somalia.
