Afghanistan Pakistan Conflict: Amidst the increasing conflict between Afghanistan and Pakistan, the Defense Ministry of Afghanistan has made a big claim. The ministry says that Afghanistan has carried out air strikes on military bases located in Islamabad, Abbottabad, Nowshera and Jamrud. According to Indian time, at 12 noon, attacks have been claimed in the capital Islamabad, Abbottabad, Nowshera and Jamrud.
According to the Afghan Defense Ministry, these air strikes have been carried out in response to Pakistani air strikes in Kabul, Kandahar and Paktika this morning. The ministry says that this is an act of revenge.
Pakistani army also targeted
During the ongoing conflict between Afghanistan and Pakistan, the Pakistani Army has also recently targeted the military posts of Afghanistan. The situation on the border remains tense. Meanwhile, there is news of a suicide drone falling near a school building in Swabi district of Pakistan. It is being told that a contingent of Pakistani Army was living in this building. After the Swabi incident, an explosion took place near a military unit in Nowshera area of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. Security has been increased after the blast and investigation is ongoing.

Afghan Defense Ministry issued a statement
Afghanistan’s Defense Ministry has said that its air force carried out air strikes on several military bases of Pakistan at around 11 pm today. The ministry issued a statement saying that air strikes were carried out at a military camp near Faizabad city in Islamabad, army cantonment in Nowshera, military colony of Jamrud and Abbottabad.
According to the Defense Ministry, these air operations were successful and important military bases, centers and facilities of Pakistan Army were targeted. Afghanistan has said that these attacks have been carried out in response to the air strikes carried out by Pakistan Army in Kabul, Kandahar and Paktia last night.
President Zardari’s stern warning
Pakistan President Asif Ali Zardari had earlier said that his country will not compromise on peace and its territorial integrity. President Zardari said, “Pakistan will not compromise on peace and its territorial integrity. The response of our armed forces is complete and decisive. Those who consider our peace as weakness will get a strong response and no one will be out of our reach.” This was shared on the official social platform account of the President of Pakistan.
Pakistan’s state broadcaster said that Pakistan’s armed forces carried out air strikes targeting important military bases of Afghan Taliban in Kabul, Kandahar and Paktia. The report also said that the Pakistan Air Force destroyed an ammunition dump in Nangarhar province.

Pakistan’s Defense Minister Khawaja Asif termed it an “open war” and said that the operation is ongoing and the armed forces are strongly responding to the aggressive actions of the Afghan Taliban.
