Pak General On India: Pakistan trembled after seeing the power of India! PAK General said- ‘We cannot deal alone’

The core of the decades-long tension between India and Pakistan is not just the border dispute but the issue of terrorism. India has been repeatedly reiterating that as long as Pakistan continues to provide shelter to terrorist organizations from its soil, no normal relations are possible. Operation Sindoor, conducted by the Indian Army in May 2025, was an example of this policy. This action was taken in response to the terrorist attack on religious places in Pahalgam.

Through this Operation Sindoor, India gave a clear message that its policy against terrorism is based on zero tolerance. As always, Pakistan tried to term this step as a political step, but at the same time its leaders were seen attending the funerals of terrorists, due to which its double standards were once again exposed.

Pakistan’s old strategy

Recently, in an international conference held in Islamabad, Pakistani General Sahir Shamshad Mirza gave a statement that the mediation of a third country or international organization is necessary to resolve the disputes between India and Pakistan. This statement reflects the same old thinking of Pakistan, in which the mentality of taking support from external powers on every issue is reflected. India clearly said on this that all the issues of India and Pakistan are bilateral and there is no role of any third party. This stance of India is based on the Shimla Agreement of 1972 and the Lahore Declaration of 1999, where both the countries had promised to resolve the dispute only through mutual dialogue.

Pakistan’s diplomatic confusion and contradiction

In his speech, General Mirza called India an imperialist and hegemonic country, but in the meantime he also accepted that India is an important global power in the world today. He alleged that India ignores UN resolutions and violates human rights. In fact, this statement reflects Pakistan’s diplomatic disappointment and inferiority complex. Pakistan, which calls India a Trojan horse, forgets that its own identity has now become that of a terrorism supporting country at the international level.

Politicization of Indian Army, Pakistan’s self-contradiction

In his speech, General Mirza accused the Indian Army of working under political influence. However, his statement is like making fun of the real situation of Pakistan, because Pakistan is a country where the army controls both politics and governance. There, democratic governments were toppled many times through coups and elected leaders like Imran Khan, Nawaz Sharif were sent to jail for going against the wishes of the army.

India’s global position and Pakistan’s growing restlessness

Today India is not only included among the largest economies of Asia, but is also playing an active role in forums like G-20, BRICS, and the United Nations. India is now seen as a global policy-maker, who has become the voice of the interests of the Global South. Pakistan’s concern is that India is no longer limited to South Asia only, but has become a country which the world listens to. This is the reason why Pakistan repeatedly tries to garner international sympathy by raising the issue of third parties.
