Pakistan has won the title of Hong Kong Six 2025 by defeating Kuwait by 43 runs in the final. In this match played on 9 November, Pakistan team had scored 135 runs while playing first. Abbas Afridi, who hit 6 sixes in an over in the last match, scored 52 runs in 11 balls. In reply, Kuwait’s team was all out on the score of 92 runs. Apart from Afridi, Abdul Samad also contributed 42 runs in 13 balls. Pakistan last won this tournament in 2011.

Abdul Samad scored 42 runs in 13 balls and his opening partner Khawaja Nafay played only 6 balls, but scored 22 runs. Afridi played a stormy innings and scored 52 runs in 11 balls, after which he retired hurt. He hit 2 fours and 7 sixes in his innings. Pakistan had scored 28 runs in the last over. Abbas Afridi scored fifty in 11 balls. In International T20 cricket, India’s Yuvraj Singh had completed his half-century in 12 balls.

Talking about the Indian team, it got only one win in the entire tournament. Team India, captained by Dinesh Karthik, defeated Pakistan by 2 runs through DLS method in the Pool C match. Apart from this, the Indian team also lost to Kuwait, Nepal and Sri Lanka. This is the sixth time that Pakistan has won the Hong Kong Six tournament.
