Pakistan on Shimla Agreement Deal: After the demolition of the terrorist bases present in Pakistan on behalf of India and a 4 -day struggle, Pakistan’s Defense Minister Khwaja Asif has announced that the Shimla agreement between India and Pakistan in 1972 is completely over. While interviewing the Pakistani news channel, Pakistan Defense Minister Khwaja Asif said that not only the Shimla agreement between India Pakistan is over, but this agreement is now a “dead document”.
Not only this, the Pakistani Defense Minister said that now the situation between India and Pakistan is old and the line of control (LOC) should now be understood as Ceasfire Line. At the same time, the Pakistani Defense Minister said that now Pakistan can raise the dispute of Pakistan in multilateral and international manner instead of bilateral bilaterals.
India has great chance
After the Pahalgam attack on 22 April, India stopped the Indus Water Agreement, after which Pakistan had postponed the Shimla Agreement at that time, but now Pakistan’s Defense Minister in his new statement has termed the Shimla Agreement as completely over. However, the worst impact of the announcement of ending the Shimla Agreement could have the worst impact on Pakistan because during the 1971 war of India Pakistan, Pakistan had captured the magnet city of Kashmir which was part of India since independence. Pakistan’s control over the city was retained under the 1972 Shimla Agreement.
Magnet sector quite important in terms of safety
The magnet sector is quite important in terms of security and the magnet was also part of India under the 1949 ceasefire agreement but Pakistan captured the magnet during the 1965 war. After the war, the magnet again came under India’s control, but in 1971, Pakistan again captured the magnet and this time under the 1972 Shimla Agreement, Pakistan got control over it and Pakistan changed the name of the magnet to eventually, as well as families living in the magnet had migrated into India after Pakistan’s possession.
Pakistan’s Defense Minister claims
Today magnet Pakistan is part of the Occupied Kashmir, but the way Pakistan’s Defense Minister claimed that the 1972 Shimla agreement is over and is a dead document. In such a situation, the option of mixing magnets in India has been completely revealed by the Indian Army. In the 1972 Shimla Agreement, 883 square kilometers of land and total 4 villages of Chorbat Valley came in part of India, which is today part of the Leh-Ladakh Central Territory.
