Umpire imposed penalty
Lahore Qalandars had to save 13 runs in the last over to win. Before Haris Rauf came to bowl the last over, captain Shaheen Shah Afridi and Fakhar Zaman were seen planning with him. Although this happens, it seemed that he was talking about the strategy of saving runs. But during this time Fakhar was tampering the ball, the umpire also noticed it and imposed a penalty of 5 runs on the Lahore team.

After the match, Rameez Raja also questioned him about ball tampering, to which Shaheen Afridi said, “I really don’t know, we will see if it is recorded on camera, then we will talk about it. There was a penalty of 5 runs, we could not do anything.”
