Imran Khan Death News: The news of the death of former Pakistan Prime Minister and former captain of Pak cricket team Imran Khan has created a sensation on social media. The picture of a press release on social media is becoming increasingly viral, claiming that Imran Khan has died. However, Pakistan’s Information and Broadcasting Ministry has described the news of the death of Jail -jailed Imran Khan as false and misleading.
In a statement issued by Pakistan’s Foreign Ministry, it was claimed that Imran Khan died in judicial custody. It was also said that due to what he died, it is also being investigated. It also claimed that the government considers the seriousness of the situation and is taking action to find out the cause of the incident and to make the responsible people accountable.
Imran Khan’s party knocked on the door of Islamabad High Court
Let me tell you that on Friday (May 09, 2025), Imran Khan’s party Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf had approached the Islamabad High Court for his release and claimed that his health is being affected due to prolonged detention and his life is threatened due to the current situation with India.
Chief Minister KP Ali Amin demands this demand from court
Chief Minister KP Ali Amin has filed a petition in the court, in which it has been appealed that they should be immediately released on parole/probation in view of the situation of war with the current India. He said that the party is worried about the lack of law and order in the country. He also claimed that Imran Khan did not violate the jail rules during his custody. The CM claimed that the prolonged detention of Khan due to politics -motivated matters is a violation of his fundamental rights.
