Pakistani spy in army: Additional Division Clerk Vishal Yadav of Indian Navy, arrested for spying for Pakistan, has been sent to four days police custody remand. The investigating agency will interrogate Vishal Yadav by keeping him in his custody for four days.
Vishal Yadav was arrested on Wednesday from Naval Bhawan in the capital Delhi. After the arrest, he was brought to Jaipur and was questioned overnight.
Vishal Yadav, accused of espionage, in the possession of CID 30 June
Vishal Yadav was produced in the CJM court of Jaipur at around 12 noon on Thursday afternoon. The investigating agency filed an application from the court to give him on 4 days remand. The argument was given, and inquiring on all the points, information has to be gathered. This application of the investigating agency was approved by the court. Vishal Yadav, accused of espionage, will remain in the possession of CID of Rajasthan Police till 11 am on June 30.
According to Special Public Prosecutor Sudesh Kumar Sattwan, the investigating agency was keeping an eye on Vishal Yadav since 2022. He was suspicious, but strong evidence was not found against him. Now he has been arrested on getting strong evidence. His name was also jumped in an old case of 2022. He has sent all the important information related to the security of the country along with the Indian Navy to the Pakistani woman handler.
Intelligence information sent to Pakistan even during Operation Sindoor
Vishal Yadav also sent intelligence information to Pakistan during Operation Sindoor. He came on the radar of the investigating agencies during Operation Sindoor. He was in touch with Pakistan’s alleged female handler Priya Sharma. The name of the female handler is saved in her mobile in the name of Priya Sharma. However, according to Special Public Prosecutor Sudesh Kumar Sattwan, this number is expected to be saved by wrong name.
However, in the inquiry, it will be known what is Priya Sharma’s real name and who is he. Vishal Yadav will also be asked how he came in contact with the alleged Priya Sharma. He has been doing spying work for how many days he has been doing. Instead, how much money he used to get from crypto currency and direct bank transfer. Is some other people with him also involved in this detective work.
Vishal Yadav hails from Rewari, Haryana
Vishal Yadav is a resident of Rewari, Haryana. He is a UDC i.e. Additional Division Clerk in Navy Bhawan in New Delhi. He was playing with the security of the country for the sake of money. Along with different wing of Rajasthan Police, other security agencies will also interrogate Vishal Yadav.
When the police presented Vishal Yadav in court today, he was trying to hide his face by bowing his head. Many questions were asked to him about espionage, but he remained silent and he did not say anything. Even while leaving the court, he was seen trying to hide his face by staying behind the policemen.
