According to the information received by ABP News, the intelligence agencies of the country have recommended the government to ban the Radnot app. Because Pakistan’s intelligence agencies are posting unwanted information to be generated with the help of Artificial Intelligence (AI). Among these information, materials related to fake news related to Operation Sindoor to North-East and other parts of India are being uploaded. Through such information, their purpose is to harm India’s social harmony.
Rednot app is popular among youth in north-eastern region of India
However, Rednote is China’s e-commerce platform, which is also used to post and sell social media like Instagram and Ticketkocks, along with the purchase and sale of lyl-style items. In the north-east states of India, this Rednot app has become increasingly papble among the youth.
Said in Shangri-La Dialogue held in Singapore CDS General Anil Chauhan
On Friday (May 30, 2025), Chief of Defense Staff (CDS) General Anil Chauhan said, “During Operation Sindoor, 15 percent of the Indian Army’s operational time was spent in counter-nous.” General Chauhan said, “Our strategy emphasized fact-based communication (communication), even if it means slow reactions.” Speaking on the sidelines of Shangri-La dialogue 2025 in Singapore, CDS said that there is a need to create a separate unit for information warfare in India.
