Pakistani Army has killed 30 terrorists involved in the killing of 9 soldiers and 2 officers on October 7. News agency Reuters, quoting the army’s statement, said, ‘After a fierce exchange of fire during an operation based on reliable intelligence, all 30 terrorists involved in the terrorist incident have been killed.
In fact, two terrible explosions took place in Kabul city of Afghanistan on Thursday (October 09, 2025), which terrified the people. The explosion occurred at around 9:50 pm local time. The intensity of the explosion was so strong that many nearby houses shook, while the sound of sirens was heard in some parts of the city.
Afghan government appeals for peace to the public
A reporter from China’s Xinhua News Agency claimed that the tremors caused by the explosions were felt as far as his residence. People of Kabul also informed about the sudden tremor on social media. However, there has been no official confirmation regarding this from Pakistan yet.
Zabihullah Mujahid, the official spokesperson of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, has confirmed this blast and appealed to the general public to restore peace. Posting on ‘X’ he said, ‘The sound of an explosion was heard in Kabul. However, no one needs to worry, everything is fine. The investigation into the incident is ongoing and no damage has been reported so far.
9 Pakistani soldiers martyred in BLA attack
On Monday, an IED blast by the Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) targeted a Pakistani military convoy, killing at least 9 soldiers and injuring 6 others in Machhkachi district. A special operations commander was also among those killed.
Claiming responsibility for the blast, the BLA said in a statement that its freedom fighters targeted the army convoy using a remote-control device. The enemy vehicle was destroyed in the explosion and many soldiers were killed.
Pakistan accused India
Pakistan Public Relations Department ISPR accused India of involvement in this attack. ISPR said, ‘Terrorists belonging to the Indian agent, called Baloch Liberation Army, targeted security forces vehicles with an improvised explosive device (IED) in general area of Machkachhi district, resulting in the martyrdom of Pakistani soldiers.
