26 people were killed in a terrorist attack on April 22 in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, most of which were tourists. Advocate said- petitioner is born in India
The advocate said that the petitioner would return, but it should be heard as special conditions contained in long -term visas. The advocate told the bench that the petitioner was born in India. However, the Supreme Court asked the advocate why his client did not move the Regional High Court. On this, the advocate said that the police had come to the petitioner, after which the bench said that it would be listed for hearing the case.
