An anti-terrorism court of Pakistan on Friday (October 24, 2025) has issued a major order regarding Alima Khan, sister of former Prime Minister Imran Khan. Pakistani court has issued an order to freeze Alima Khan’s passport, national identity card and bank account.
This decision of the Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) of Rawalpindi, Pakistan came when Alima Khan was not continuously attending the hearing despite the issue of non-bailable arrest warrant in the terrorism case.
Big decision given for not appearing in court hearing
The ATC had issued several arrest warrants against Alima Khan in a terrorism case related to the protests organized by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) party in Islamabad in November 2024 last year. During the hearing in the court, ATC judge Amjad Ali Shah questioned that Aleema Khan is present everywhere, but why does she fail to appear in the court?

The ATC judge ordered that Aleema Khan’s court appearance be confirmed and her Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) and passport be frozen. After giving its order in this case, the court has postponed the hearing till Monday (October 27, 2025).
