98 officers were implicated in Honeytrap

An engineer associated with the missile project of BrahMos Aerospace Private Limited in Nagpur was arrested in 2018 under the joint operation of UP ATS, his Maharashtra counterpart and army intelligence department. That engineer informed Pakistan’s ISI about this project.
Nishant used to do BrahMos aerospace unit
The Nishant Aggarwal who was arrested by UP ATS was a senior engineer in the BrahMos Aerospace Unit. He was the head of Hydrolix-Numetics and Warhead Integration Wing of the Production Department of BrahMos. According to the report, he was also overseeing new projects on BrahMos’ sites in Nagpur and Pilani. UP ATS officials said that they had won the Youth Scientist Award for 2017-18.
UP ATS investigating officer Pankaj Awasthi said in his statement during Aggarwal’s trial that Sejal introduced himself to Nishant Aggarwal as a senior officer of Hayes Aviation (who recruits in the company). According to UP ATS, Sejal told the former other Indian Air Force employee that he is a student of Manchester.
Facebook account was active from Pakistan
Police said that Nishant Aggarwal was friends of two other people Neha Sharma and Pooja Ranjan on Facebook, whose account was also active from Pakistan. Aggarwal also talked to Sejal on Linked-in, where Sejal promised to give him work. The UP ATS told the court that on Sejal’s instructions, Nishant Aggarwal clicked on three links and installed three apps Quvister, Chat to Higher and X-Trust on his private laptop.
