Pooja Tidke, a joint managing partner of ‘Parinam Law Associate’ representing Akshay’s company, said to ‘PTI-Bhasha’, “I think it will have serious legal consequences. This will definitely harm the film. We have sent a notice to them.

He said, ‘Artists, collaborative artists, prominent actors, equipment, trailer have been spent on shooting’. Pooja told that Paresh Rawal had confirmed a post on social media in January and confirmed that he would be a part of Hera Pheri 3.
The shoot was for three and a half minutes

Suddenly, a few days ago, we received a notice from Paresh ji, in which he said that he is no longer associated with the film and does not want to join the film.
