Manipur budget will also be raised in Lok Sabha

In the Business Advisory Committee (BAC) meeting, the time has been set to discuss important issues in the Lok Sabha during the monsoon session. There will be 12 hours in Lok Sabha on Income Tax Bill, 8 hours on National Sports Bill, 2 hours on Manipur budget. The Telugu Desam Party (TDP) has demanded a discussion on the 50th anniversary of the 1975 Emergency.

BJP MP Anurag Thakur has urged to discuss the situation of rain and floods in Himachal Pradesh. On the first day of the monsoon session, the proceedings of the Lok Sabha were postponed 4 times, after which the House was postponed by 11 pm on Tuesday (22 July 2025).

Congress said- Opposition is not being allowed to speak

Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge said in the Rajya Sabha, “The terrorists of the Pahalgam attack have not yet been caught … The Lieutenant Governor has said that the intelligence failure has occurred in Jammu and Kashmir. US President Trump has said 24 times that we have stopped the war between India and Pakistan.
