Bihar Politics: The opposition is raising the issue of law and order in Bihar. Nitish Sarkar is on the backfoot due to the opposition attack. The criminal incident raises questions on the functioning of the police. The latest case is of death of four people in the Buxar firing case on Saturday (May 24, 2025). The RJD lashed out at Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on the issue of law and order. Mrityunjay Tiwari said that the surveyor of the Home Department is Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. The Home Department is not recovering from the Chief Minister. It is better to resign from the post of Chief Minister. The RJD leader said that the incident is not going to stop during the NDA government. There is a criminal incident in Bihar one after the other. Mrityunjay Tiwari said, “Criminals are creating orgy in Bihar. People are groaning with criminal incidents. Criminals are protected in double engine government. Leader of Opposition Tejashwi Yadav is continuously issuing crime bulletin.”
Politics intensified in Buxar firing case
He said that the morale of criminals in Bihar has increased. People are afraid to leave the house. People are groaning with criminals. The RJD leader said that Chief Minister Nitish Kumar does not have the right to stay on the chair even for a minute. Please tell that the controversy of sand in Buxar took violent form. Two sides armed with sticks came face to face. After the fight, bullets were fired. Four people have died in firing. One injured is undergoing treatment.
Attackers will be arrested in 24 hours-BJP
The incident has caused sensation in the area. In view of the tension, police force has been deployed in the village. The police team is conducting raids to catch the attackers. The BJP has expressed condolences to those killed in the firing. BJP’s media in -charge Danish Iqbal said that the government will conduct an investigation impartially. The culprits will not be released. He said that there will be arrest within 24 hours. The protection of the sand mafia is being investigated.
