PCB Claims Andy Pycroft Apologized: The Pakistan Cricket Board has claimed before the match begins between the UAE-Pak that the match referee Andy Paiyoft has apologized to the PCB. The PCB had filed a complaint with ICC about Andy Picroft. Because of this, there was a meeting between PCB and ICC before the match. The ICC stated in its judgment that Andy Picroft has not violated the match protocols. The ICC also said that during the India-Pakistan match, the referee had told the captains that the organizers have asked to avoid joining hands at the time of toss, so that both the captains could be saved from embarrassment.

PCB made a big claim about Andy Picroft

The Pakistan Cricket Board said in its statement that ‘ICC’s match referee Andy Picroft has apologized to the manager and captain of the Pakistan Crickech team Salman Ali Aga’. Giving clarification on behalf of the PCB, it was further stated that ‘Andy Pycroft had prevented both teams from joining hands during the India-Pakistan match. Pakistan Cricket Board took strict action on Andy Pikeroft in this matter.

The PCB further stated that ‘Andy Pycroft used to misunderstand the September 14 incident and also apologized for it. At the same time, the ICC has said to investigate the violation of the code of conduct during the match in this case.

ICC also gave clarification

The ICC made its stand before PCB in this case. The ICC said that ‘PCB has every right to complain, but our investigation was already completed. In this investigation, Andy Pycroft is not considered accused of doing any wrongdoing and the match referee is freed from all the allegations’.
