Prashant Kishore said that Mangal Pandey accepted that 25 lakh rupees from Dilip Jaiswal. They are trapped by telling this. Now tell them from whom for the remaining 61 lakh rupees? Otherwise we will tell in 7 days. He further said that Mangal Pandey had to take a loan, so why not take himself? Why should you send your wife to father’s account?
Prashant Kishore said that Mangal Pandey is lying and asked questions whether his department gave NOC to Dilip Jaiswal’s medical college and whether about 100 crore rupees of 450 ambulances to the ambulance company?
Prashant Kishore replied by Mangal Pandey that the Health Department has no role in recognizing the MGM College of Kishanganj, but also retaliated. He said that until the Health Department does not give NOC, UGC does not recognize the deemed university.
He said that it is a direct thing that Mangal Pandey bought a flat in Delhi with the help of Dilip Jaiswal while Health Minister. In return, the Health Department gave NOC, which gave MGM College recognized by Deemed University.

PK also told that about 100 crore rupees have been paid for the ambulance purchased in the year 2022 through the Bihar government. Due to the matter going to court, the payment of the rest of the ambulance is stuck. Earlier, on the allegation of Prashant Kishore, Mangal Pandey had said that no payment has been made in the purchase of ambulance.
