Mohan Bhagwat on Pahalgam Terrorist Attack: Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh chief Mohan Bhagwat said on Thursday (April 24) that the terrorists killed people in Pahalgam by asking him religion but Hindus would never do such work.

Bhagwat said in a program here after 26 people died in a terrorist attack in Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday, “We hope that a befitting reply will be given.”

‘Hindus will never do such work’

The Sangh chief said, “People were asked his religion and he was killed. Hindus will never do such work.” He said, “War is between religion and unrighteousness. We have pain in our heart. We are angry but have to show strength to destroy evil. Ravana did not change his intention, there was no other option. Ram gave him a chance to improve and then hit him.”

Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh chief Mohan Bhagwat also said that unity in society is necessary to prevent such tragedies and malicious conspiracies.

‘Expect retaliation’

He said, “If we are united then no one will dare to look at us with bad intentions and if anyone does this, his eye will be broken. We expect strict retaliation.”

‘Need to show strength if needed’

The Sangh chief said, “Hate and enmity is not in our nature but it is also not our nature to bear the loss quietly. A true non -violent person should also be powerful. If there is no power then there is no alternative. But when there is power, it should be visible if needed.”

At the same time, BJP national general secretary Tarun Chugh said on the Pahalgam terror attack, “This is an attack on India and humanity. It has targeted unarmed and innocent tourists. The country will never forgive it. Prime Minister Modi’s message to the world is completely clear that this is a new India. Terrorism can never break the spirit of India. Prime Minister Modi’s message reveals the country’s feelings.”
