1. To make tasty vegetable of soya chunks, first soak the soya chunks in lukewarm water and some salt for 10 to 12 minutes. After this, squeeze the chunks well so that the extra water is removed. Now keep it in a separate bowl. Add curd, turmeric, red chilli, coriander-cumin powder and garam masala to it and mix well. Keep it aside to marinate for 5 minutes.
2. Add onion, tomato, soaked red chilli, garlic, ginger and 1 to 4 cups of water in the mixer. Grind it well and make a smooth paste.
3. After this, heat oil in a pan. When the oil becomes hot, add cumin seeds in it. After a few seconds, add the prepared masala paste and fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Now add marinated soya chunks and salt, add 3 to 4 cups of hot water, cover and cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
