T20 World Cup 2026 will start from 7th February. 20 teams will participate in the tournament. All the countries are announcing their squads for the upcoming World Cup. Now such a team has announced its squad, in which you will see players from India and Pakistan playing together. The captaincy of the team has been handed over to a player of Indian origin.

Here we are talking about USA i.e. America cricket team. The US team, which will be a part of the T20 World Cup for the first time in 2024, has announced a 15-member squad for the upcoming 2026 T20 World Cup. America’s team mostly includes players of Indian origin. Apart from this, players of Pakistani and Sri Lankan origin are also included.

USA has once again given the responsibility for the World Cup to Indian origin player Monank Patel. 10 players from the team of the tournament organized in 2024 are returning to the team. This will be the second T20 World Cup for America. In the tournament, the team has been placed in Group A along with India, Pakistan, Namibia, Netherlands and America. Like other teams, America also has to play four matches in the league stage, out of which three matches will be held in India and the remaining one in Sri Lanka.
