What is the purpose of ‘a tree mother’s name’
The name of a tree mother is symbolically planting a tree in the name of the mother. An official statement issued by the Government of India explained how this simple task fulfills double purpose, respecting the role of mothers in the nutrition of life and contributing to the health of the planet. Trees are the basis of life and like a mother, they provide the next generation nutrition, safety and future.
Through this initiative, people can plant a tree in honor of their mothers, create a permanent monument and also fulfill the immediate need for environmental protection.
