There has been a political uproar in Bihar over a statement by Bihar Deputy CM and Home Department Minister Samrat Chaudhary. Actually, Samrat Chaudhary gave a statement regarding the property of RJD supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav, after which now the party and the opposition have opened a front against each other. Samrat Chaudhary had participated in a program of a private channel in Patna, in the same program he said that Lalu Prasad is a registered criminal.
Samrat Chaudhary also mentioned the much talked about fodder scam and said that CBI and ED have attached Lalu’s property. There is also a building near the Sanjay Gandhi Biological Park in the capital which has been closed for years and has not been opened till date. A government school will be opened in this building.
Government will also confiscate Lalu Prasad’s property – Samrat Chaudhary
Samrat Chaudhary further said, “If a school is opened for children in this building, Lalu Prasad will like it and the people of Bihar will also like it.” However, he also said that before opening this building, it will be repaired. During the conversation, Samrat Chaudhary also said that the government will confiscate the property of Lalu Prasad and open a government school for the children.
‘School will be opened after confiscating the property of criminals’
Bihar Home Minister also said that the criminals who have acquired money and property will be seized and a school will be opened there. Samrat said, “Lalu Prasad is a registered criminal. No matter who the criminal is, everyone will have to stay in jail one day or the other. The government will have to hand over the illegally acquired property, I do not threaten, I take action. This statement of Samrat Chaudhary has been supported by Janata Dal United and BJP.
RJD’s attack on Samrat Chaudhary
Now Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) has openly come into the fray. Party spokesperson Ejaz Ahmed said, “Ever since Samrat Chaudhary became the Home Minister. They are just talking nonsense and running bulldozers on the houses of the poor, the exploited, the deprived, the backward, the most backward and the Dalits. The government running the bulldozer policy is not working on the public interest and questions. The new government that has been formed in Bihar is bulldozing the houses of the poor through the bulldozer policy, which is bringing tears in their eyes.

He further said, “Samrat Chaudhary, you are the Home Minister. Don’t talk about taking law into your own hands. You should clarify why you have not yet given clarification on the allegation made by Prashant Kishor against you?
