The results of Maharashtra Municipal Corporation elections have come out. But the picture is not clear yet regarding who will be the mayor in which municipal corporation. Reservation will be decided through lottery on January 22, after which political parties will announce their candidates. But before this, all the parties are leaving no stone unturned regarding numbers and equations. Kalyan Dombivali Municipal Corporation has also come into discussion. According to ABP Majha, there was discussion here that 9 councilors of Uddhav Thackeray group have gone out of touch. However, Eknath Shinde group said that they are not in touch with us.

Both BJP and Shiv Sena do not have majority

There are a total of 122 seats in Kalyan Dombivali Municipal Corporation. Here, 62 seats is the magic number of majority to become mayor. Eknath Shinde’s Shiv Sena has emerged as the largest party here. Here Shiv Sena has won 52 seats. At the same time, BJP is at second place and has 51 seats. Ajit Pawar’s party, which is part of the Grand Alliance, has not been able to win a single seat here. Both BJP and Shiv Sena are busy forming the government here. Neither of them have the majority.

How many seats will Uddhav Thackeray get in Kalyan?

Talking about the opposition, Uddhav Thackeray has captured 11 seats here. Sharad Pawar’s party has won one seat. Raj Thackeray’s party has captured 5 seats.

What did Shinde group say?

Meanwhile, Shiv Sena (Shinde faction) contact chief Mahesh Gaikwad personally met Thackeray faction district chief Sharad Patil. He said that both the not reachable councilors of the Thackeray group, Madhur Mhatre and Kirti Dhone, are actually in touch with the Thackeray group and not with the Shinde group. Now the Uddhav faction said that action will be taken against these two out of touch corporators.
