Bihar Election: Jansuraj Party has announced its candidate from Raghopur seat of Tejashwi Yadav. Prashant Kishore himself has not contested from this seat. Jansuraj has fielded Chanchal Singh from Raghopur seat. This means that now the chances of Prashant Kishor contesting the elections are less because he had the possibility of contesting the elections only from Karghar seat of Rohtas district and Raghopur seat of Vaishali district. Jansuraj has announced his candidates on both those seats.
The first list was released a few days ago
Jan Suraj Party had released the first list of candidates on Thursday (October 9, 2025). Jan Suraj has announced to contest elections on all 243 seats of Bihar. This list contains names of candidates for 51 seats. He told that Jan Suraj has nominated Dig Narayan Prasad from Valmikinagar, Sunil Kumar from Lauria, Awadhesh Ram from Harsiddhi, Lal Bahadur Prasad from Dhaka, Usha Kiran from Sursand, Vijay Kumar Sah from Runnisaidpur, Mohammad Parvez Alam from Benipatti, Ram Pravesh Kumar Yadav from Nirmali and Raghib Bablu from Sikti. Similarly, Abu Farooq has been made the candidate from Kochadhaman, Arfoz Alam from Amanour, Shahnawaz Alam from Bayasi, and Kunal Nishad from Pranpur. The party’s candidates will be RK Mishra from Darbhanga, Dr. Aman Kumar Das from Muzaffarpur, and Dr. Shashi Shekhar Sinha from Gopalganj. Rahul Kirti Singh from Raghunathpur, Kishore Kumar Munna from Saharsa, and Jaiprakash Singh from Chapra will contest the election. Chandan Lal Mehta has been made candidate from Sonpur and Dr. Arun Kumar from Motihari.
Dinesh Kumar will contest from Bihar Sharif
Dinesh Kumar from Biharsharif, KC Sinha from Patna Kumhrar, Kumari Poonam Sinha from Nalanda, Vijay Kumar Gupta from Arrah, Ritesh Ranjan Pandey from Karhagar, Sitaram Dukhari from Goh, Archana Chandra from Nabinagar, Laxman Manjhi from Bodhgaya, Shoaib Khan from Darbhanga (Rural), and Shravan Kumar Mahato from Baniyapur are the candidates of Jan Suraj in the election field. Jan Suraj’s founder Prashant Kishore’s name is not in this first list of candidates. In such a situation, it is believed that he will make an election strategy for the party in this election.
