Prestige group is building a flyover to connect beta tech park to the outer ring road in Bengaluru

Prestige group flyover in Bengaluru: A flyover will be constructed to connect beta tech park in Bengaluru to Outer Ring Road. For this, the Prestige Group has received approval from BBMP (Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike). This new flyover 1.5 km will get rid of traffic between Old Airport Road and Kariyamanna Agarhara.

Tech Park is being made flyover

The Prestige Group is already building a tech park in Bengaluru and now the company will also invest money to build a flyover. Flyover will be used by Tech Park users as well as the general public of the city. Under this entire project, the Prestige Group will have to create a 1.5 km long flyover, which will connect the beta to the park to the ORR.

A 40 -foot -wide connecting road will also be built, which will connect the flyover to Sakra Hospital Road. Apart from this, Kariyamanna Agarhara Road will also be made wide. In these, pavements and lights will also be arranged for passers -by. The construction of this flyover will reduce the congestion at Bellandur and the surrounding junctions, where there is usually a long traffic during office hours.

IT hub of Prestige Group in Bengaluru

Let us know that the Prestige Group is building an IT hub in Bangalore, which is spread to the ORR in the Marathhali Sarjapur area. There will be offices of many companies in Tech Park, in which thousands of people will work.

The desire to create a flyover for its same campus was first expressed in front of BBMP in August 2022 and then in November 2023 to reduce traffic on Old Airport Road (through Yemleur) and Kariyamanna Aghara Road. At the moment, this is the way to reach the Pesties Beta Tech Park.

BBMP gave his consent in April this year after taking approval of Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivkumar. However, it was emphasized that the elevated road was able to use Tech Park workers as well as the general public.

In addition, BBMP has also allowed the developer to claim transferable development rights (TDR) certificate as compensation for land-chicken land, provided it is within the legal framework.

It is worth noting that the approval of the construction of the flyover has been approved by BBMP about a year after the approval for Tech Park, which is being prepared on 70 acres of land in Bellandur.
