If you are also thinking of investing in property, then it has become necessary to keep an eye on the land and real estate market around Noida International Airport i.e. Jewar Airport. In the last three years, the prices of land in this area have almost doubled.

According to a report, in the last 12 months, around 390 acres of land has been sold around the Yamuna Expressway, the total value of which is about Rs 2340 crore. The price of land here has now reached Rs 5-6 crore per acre.

Which developers are showing interest?

According to the report of Anarock Property Consultants printed on Financial Express, big real estate companies like Purvanchal Group, ELDECO Group, VVIP Group and Greenbay Infrastructure have also bought land in this area and some have also launched their housing projects. Gaurs Group has also developed a 250 -acre township here.

Jewar Airport and Yamuna Expressway connection

Yamuna Expressway, which connects Noida to Agra, connects directly to the Jawar Airport with an elevated road of 750 meters. The length of this expressway is 165 km and it is six lane, which makes connectivity even more luxurious.

Industrial and commercial development also in full swing

Here not only Residential, but industrial and commercial projects are also coming fast. Companies like FoxConn are talking about 300 acres of land for electronics parks here. Sify Infinit & Jackson has also received two data centers plots in 10 acres. At the same time, Yeida (Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority) itself is buying 13,300 acres of farming land, which will be converted into industrial and commercial projects.

Did the prices of flats also double here?

Although the prices of land may have doubled, but the prices of flats have increased by only 15-20 percent. The reason is that a large number of people are not living here right now. Most people work in Delhi or Noida, so it is not convenient for them to stay here at the moment.

What is the possibility in future?

The ATS Group is developing a 100 -acre township here and has also sold many plots. Officials of Anarock and ATS believe that as the business increases, the demand for residential and commercial property will also speed up. Along with this, the Uttar Pradesh government is also planning five new cities on 56,000 hectares of land in the eastern part of Noida, including New Noida, Heritage City, New Agra, Tappal-Bajna and IITGN TOWNSIP.
