Priyanka Chopra Family Rent Out Pune Property: Famous Global Icon Priyanka Chopra’s mother Madhu Chopra and her brother Siddharth Chopra have recently rented a property located in Koregaon Park in Pune. According to the Property Documents from Inspector Journal of Registration, they will get Rs 2.25 lakh in return.

According to IGR Property Registration Documents reviewed by Square Yards, the area of the property rented by Madhu and Siddharth Chopra is 4,800 squares (about 445.9 sq m). This transaction includes stamp duty of Rs 39,000 and registration fee of Rs 1,000. The registration document has a security deposit of Rs 13.5 lakh and a 36-month lock-in period has been specified for lease. The transaction was registered in February 2025.
The fare will increase every year every year
According to the lease agreement, the annual rent will increase by 5 percent, in which the monthly rent will start from Rs 2.25 lakh and will be Rs 2.73 lakhs to the fifth year. The total rent income in the five -year lease period is expected to be Rs 1.49 crore.
According to IGR property registration documents, Chopra bought this property in August 2017 for Rs 5.6 crore. In view of this, the annual fare in the first year will be 4.8 percent and by the fifth year it is expected to increase to 5.86 percent.
