Prophet Muhammad’s favorite food, know what to eat in Islam?

The details are seen in the Hadith that, Abdullah bin Masood told the Prophet (s) that, the lamb’s shoulder is the most favorite piece with bone. This hadith shows that the Prophet (C) preferred some special delicious and nutritious food with simple food.

Hadith is recorded in the Muslim number 2034 that, Abdullah bin Jafar said, I saw Allah’s Rasul (Sallallahu Alaihi and Sallam) eating fresh dates with cucumbers. This indicates that light and fresh food should be eaten.
