What is the whole controversy, understand
Let us tell you that the government had recently banned 26 social media and messaging apps. It was argued that these companies did not follow rules like opening, registration and preparing Grievens Mechanism in Nepal. Interestingly, tickets and some small apps completed this process, but veteran platforms like Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram and YouTube could not do this. As a result, Nepal Telecommunication Authority blocked them. However, now the ban has been withdrawn.
