Pvr sued bhool chuk maaf makers: Bollywood actor Rajkummar Rao’s film ‘Bhool Luma Maid’ was about to knock in theaters on May 9. However, in view of the ongoing tension between India and Pakistan, the makers postponed the theatrical release of the film. After which, it was decided to release ‘Bhool omoing omission’ on direct OTT platform Prime Video. But this decision of the makers passed PVR.
According to News 9 Live, PVR CEO Kamal Gyanchandani has claimed loss. According to him, PVR has suffered a huge loss due to the decision of ‘Bhool omoade waiver’ not to bring the film on the big screen.
60 crores sued on Madock Films
Madock Films are accused that the production house decided not to release the film on the big screen for fear of not running at the box office. In such a situation, PVR has sued the production house of Rs 60 crore. According to Bollywood Hungama- ‘PVR has presented its case in Bombay High Court. The matter became serious because all the contracts were signed and then suddenly Madock retreated. Therefore, this is a matter of contract of breech.
Film will be released on direct OTT
