Up weather today: There is a lot of ups and downs in the weather in Uttar Pradesh. The weather has become pleasant due to the rains in the state for the last few days. Today (8 May), there was light rain in the capital Lucknow in the morning, due to which the weather remains cool. Even today, 20 districts may rain with strong winds. But, this effect of rain is not going to last long. In the coming days, mercury will increase once again, due to which people will face heat.
According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of thunderstorms in both western and eastern divisions of the state even today. During this time, there has been a warning of thunderclap with cloud roaring. The weather is expected to remain dry in eastern UP on 9 and 10 May. However, there is a possibility of rain with thunderstorms in some districts in the western region.
The process of rain will continue till May 13
From May 11, the weather will change once again and due to which alert of strong rain has been issued in both the divisions. There will be a similar weather in the state till May 13. Despite the rain, people are not expected to get relief from the heat. In the coming four days, the maximum temperature will gradually increase by 3-5 degrees Celsius, after which there is a possibility of falling down 2-3 degrees below once again.
Today, the 20 districts of UP where rain alert has been issued, among Western UP, Mathura, Aligarh, Noida, Ghaziabad, Hapur, Meerut, Amroha, Moradabad, Bijnor, Muzaffarnagar, Saharanpur, Shamli, Baghpat are expected to rain. Talking about East UP, there may be thunderstorms in Prayagraj, Mirjapur, Sant Ravidas Nagar, Varanasi, Sonbhadra and Chandauli with thunderstorms at one or two places. The weather will remain dry in other places.
