Raja raghuvanshi murder case: The famous King Raghuvanshi murder case of Indore has shocked the entire country. In this murder case in Shillong, a big disclosure has been made by the Meghale police. At the same time, the wires of this famous murder case are connected to Lalitpur district of Uttar Pradesh. The police arrested an accused in the murder from Lalitpur.

According to the information, the Shillong police of Meghalaya arrested Akash Rajput, one of the four accused from Chowki village under Lalitpur Tehsil Mehroni, in the case of murder of Raja Raghuvanshi, who went to Meghalaya Honeymoon. It was told that these people used to work in transport in Indore.

Main accused Sonam Raghuvanshi arrested from Ghazipur
Explain that one of the four accused has been arrested from Sagar and one accused from Chowki village under Mehroni in Lalitpur and two accused from Indore. While the main accused Sonam Raghuvanshi has been arrested from a dhaba in Ghazipur, UP. Lalitpur Superintendent of Police and other police officers are not saying anything on this matter nor receiving the phone.

Meghale Director General of Police Idashisha Nongrang said, “One of the accused was caught from Uttar Pradesh, while two other people were caught by the SIT from Indore.” He further said, “Sonam surrendered at Nandganj police station in Uttar Pradesh and was later arrested.”

King Raghuvanshi’s body was found on 2 June
Actually, this couple of MP’s Indore went to Shillong for a honeymoon after marriage on 11 May 2025. On 20 May, he reached Meghalaya and spoke to the family for the last time on 23 May. After this, the phones of both of them stopped. The couple of the couple’s fare was found in unclaimed condition in Soharrim area.

After this, on June 2, the body of King Raghuvanshi was found in a ditch near Wei Sodong waterfall. The police registered a case of murder. After the murder of the king, nothing was known about wife Sonam Raghuvanshi. The police was constantly trying to find Sonam, but now a new twist has come after the revelations of the police in this murder.
