Big decision of Bhajanlal Sharma government of Rajasthan, the government decided to close more than three hundred government schools. These schools will be merged with other schools in the neighborhood. The state education department has decided to close 312 government schools. The number of children in these merged schools is 25 or less.

According to Education Minister Madan Dilawar, there are both primary schools i.e. from 1st to 8th and secondary schools i.e. from 1st to 12th. The Education Minister has admitted that all efforts to increase or maintain the number of children in government schools have proved unsuccessful. According to him, the children studying here will be shifted to other schools in the neighborhood.

Teachers and staff will also be sent to other places

Let us tell you that after this decision, teachers and other staff will also be sent to other places. There are many such schools where not even a single child is studying. The buildings of these schools will be given to the district collectors for government use.

Education Minister Madan Dilawar has admitted that the number of children in private schools is increasing, while the number in government schools is decreasing rapidly. He claimed that after two years of efforts to increase the number of children in government schools, it has now been decided to close them and merge them.

Education Minister held Congress government responsible

Education Minister Madan Dilawar, without directly naming them, has held the previous Congress governments responsible for the decision to close schools. He said that in earlier times many schools were opened without meeting the standards. Government schools were opened even where there is not much population.

He told that these 312 schools will be merged as soon as the session ends. This time in Rajasthan, the new session of the education department will start from April 1. Even before this, the government has merged a small number of schools in different phases. Even in the urban areas of the capital Jaipur, schools have been closed and merged.

Education Minister Madan Dilawar has said that the Education Department team is investigating the case of death of 10 year old student Amyra of the famous Neerja Modi School in the capital Jaipur. Appropriate action will be taken on the basis of the investigation report. According to him, the investigation is being affected due to continuous school holidays.

He said that the investigation is expected to be completed within two working days after the school opens. Appropriate steps will be taken based on the investigation report. This decision of school merger is sure to create political uproar. Congress party is already raising its voice regarding the merger of schools.
