Additional Chief Secretary of Industry and Commerce Department, Shikhar Aggarwal has informed that the application process for Chief Minister Youth Self-Employment Scheme has started. The youth of the state can apply online for this scheme through SSO ID and e-Mitra Center. The Chief Minister had launched this scheme on January 12 and its complete guidelines were released on January 15. Now, just a few days after the launch of the scheme, applications for it have also been started, so that more and more youth can take advantage of it.
Interest free loan and margin money facility up to Rs 10 lakh
Under this scheme, Rajasthan government is aiming to provide benefits to about 1 lakh youth. Youth can start their own micro enterprises in manufacturing, service and trade sectors. The most important thing is that the entire interest charged on this loan will be borne by the state government itself, that is, the youth will have to pay only the principal amount. Along with this, the government will also give margin money up to Rs 50 thousand. Not only this, CGTMSE fees (Credit Guarantee Fee) will also be refunded by the government.
Who can take advantage of this scheme
Only a person who is a permanent resident of Rajasthan, whose age is between 18 to 45 years, is a HUF, Society, Partnership Firm, LLP or Company can avail the benefit of Chief Minister Yuva Self-Employment Scheme, then it should be duly registered. At least 51 percent ownership of the institution must be with persons aged 18 to 45 years.
How much loan will be given according to educational qualification?
In this scheme, the loan amount has been fixed according to the education of the youth. Youth passing 8th to 12th will get a margin money loan of up to Rs 3.5 lakh for service and business sector, up to Rs 7.5 lakh for manufacturing sector and also a margin money loan of up to Rs 35 thousand. Whereas youth with graduate, ITI or above qualification will get a margin money loan of up to Rs 5 lakh for service and business sector, up to Rs 10 lakh for manufacturing sector and also a margin money loan of up to Rs 50 thousand.

1. It is very easy to apply for Chief Minister Youth Self-Employment Scheme. For this, first of all go to the Citizen App of SSO ID.
2. Click on the option of ‘Mukhyamantri Yuva Swarozgar Yojana (MYSY)’ present there.
Fill your general information in the application form.
3. Enter the district, type of industry and address of the proposed workplace.
4. Upload information and necessary documents related to your business.
5. Fill in the details of the bank branch from which you want to take the loan and submit the form.
6. Applications will be reviewed through meetings every week at the District Industry Commerce Center and eligible applications will be further sent to the bank.
