Delhi High Court has postponed the bail plea of ​​actor Rajpal Yadav till Monday. Now Delhi High Court will hear this bail petition case on 16 February.

Actor Rajpal Yadav’s lawyer told the court that he tried to contact his client but could not reach him. He informed that the bail application has been filed and requested to give time to the other party to reply. Also demanded to postpone the matter till Monday. The actor’s lawyer also said that he will appear in the court with his further arguments by then.

The lawyer said that he would receive instructions regarding payment only after going to jail and meeting Rajpal Yadav. The actor never refused to give the money which was invested as an investment of Rs 5 crore.

‘You may sympathize, but the law is in its place’

During the hearing of the actor, Delhi High Court said, ‘We can sympathize with you. But the law has its place. You did not surrender despite the court order. Then when the court ordered again, you surrendered.

Let us tell you that Rajpal Yadav’s lawyer had sought interim bail to attend the wedding of his elder brother’s daughter. Rajpal Yadav’s lawyer had assured the court that he is ready to deposit the remaining amount in the court now. Has extended a helping hand to the Bollywood industry and others.

What is the whole matter?

According to IANS, Rajpal Yadav had taken a loan of about Rs 5 crore from M/s Murali Projects Private Limited in 2010 to make his directorial film ‘Ata-Pata Lapata’. The film was not successful. Payments were delayed and many checks bounced. After this, a case was registered against him under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. Delhi High Court gave him several opportunities, but due to repeated non-payment, the court issued a notice to him and ordered him to surrender on 4 February. Now the hearing of this case will be on 16th February.
