Rajpal Yadav has already got permission
Arguing in the Delhi High Court, the lawyer said that Rajpal Yadav has been given permission to travel abroad on many occasions in the past and he has followed the rules of the court every time. Last year also in June 2024, the Delhi High Court had temporarily suspended his sentence in the check bounce case so that he could explore the possibility of a settlement with the concerned party.

This matter is related to financial transactions
According to the application filed in the Delhi High Court by the lawyer, this dispute is related to the financial transactions done for the production of a film. Which was unsuccessful at the box office. Due to this the actor suffered huge loss. According to the lawyer, Rajpal Yadav has already spent about three months in prison in this case. At present this matter is pending in the Delhi High Court Mediation Centre.
