Ram Mandir Dhwajarohan 2025: The flag hoisting festival will be celebrated in Ayodhya today i.e. on 25 November 2025. On this occasion, the city of Ayodhya has been decorated in a grand manner. From Ayodhya Cantt to Ram Mandir, Ram Bhajan-Kirtan and Ram Dhun are continuously resonating across the city on huge loudspeakers.
Saffron colored flags are being hoisted on the roofs of all the houses in the city and people are celebrating Diwali outside their houses.
Live telecast of flag hoisting ceremony across the city
The Ram Mandir flag hoisting program will be shown through LED screening at about 50 places across the city. Today Prime Minister Narendra Modi will hoist the saffron flag on the peak of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi temple in Ayodhya. The flag hoisting ceremony marks the completion of the temple construction.
Before the flag hoisting program, the main gates of Ram Temple have been specially decorated with flowers and lighting. To decorate the temple, various types of fragrant flowers have been brought in hundreds of trucks, in which artisans from Kolkata, Delhi, Bengaluru and Mumbai have worked. Sweepers have been put on 24-hour duty to clean the temple.
Heavy police force deployed for the security of the temple
Keeping in mind the security of the temple, heavy deployment of police force has been made from the intersection to Lata Mangeshkar Chowk. At the same time, movement on roads and streets has been banned by putting double barricades on Ram Path. 60 barricade points have been made on the Ayodhya border, where continuous checking is being done.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will reach Ayodhya airport at 9.35 am to participate in the flag hoisting program. PM Modi will go to Saket Degree College adjacent to Ram Path via helicopter from the airport.
After this, a road show of one kilometer will be taken out from Ram Path. At around 12 noon, PM Modi will hoist the flag on the peak of the temple. Yesterday, State Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath took complete stock of the arrangements for the function.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s program
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will first visit Sapt Mandir in Ayodhya today at 10 am. After this, there are temples of Maharishi Vashishtha, Vishwamitra, Agastya, Valmiki, Devi Ahilya, Nishadraj Guha and Mata Shabari. You will also visit Sheshavtar Temple.
After having darshan of Mata Annapurna at around 11 in the morning, we will then have darshan of Ram Darbar sanctum sanctorum and finally Ramlala.
At 12 noon, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will hoist the flag on the peak of the holy place Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple in Ayodhya.
