Chinnaswamy stampede latest update: Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) have not got relief from the Karnataka High Court in the Bengaluru stampede case. The High Court has refused to grant bail to the RCB manager arrested in the case. The High Court has preserved its decision at present till tomorrow i.e. Wednesday 11 June. The next hearing in the case will now be held on 12 June.
The Karnataka High Court on Tuesday refused to give interim relief to RCB’s Marketing and Revenue Head Nikhil Sose. The court has asked to keep the order safe till June 11. Please tell that Sosle was arrested by the police on 6 June.
RCB manager did not get bail
RCB’s Marketing and Revenue Head Nikhil Sose challenged his arrest in the High Court, but the court has not given him relief. Now the next hearing in this case will be held on Thursday, June 12. Sosle had described his arrest in the petition as illegal and the police action was affected by political instructions. At present, the High Court has refused to grant bail to Sose.

Government of Karnataka increased the amount of compensation
On the deaths in the stampede, the Karnataka government had announced to give Rs 10 lakh to his family members. However, now the amount of compensation has been increased. Now the state government will give Rs 25 lakh in compensation to those who died. At the same time, the franchise RCB has also announced to give Rs 10 lakh to those who died.
