Border Security Force BSF has invited applications for recruitment to the posts of constable under sports quota. Under this recruitment process, appointments will be made on a total of 391 posts. The application process has started from 16 October 2025 and candidates can apply till 4 November 2025. Interested candidates can apply online by visiting the official website of BSF rectt.bsf.gov.in.

A total of 391 posts will be filled under this recruitment. Of these, 197 posts have been reserved for male candidates and 194 posts have been reserved for female candidates. To apply for these posts, candidates must have passed 10th from a recognized board. Besides, it is also mandatory for the candidates to have participated or won a medal in any sports competition at the national or international level. The minimum age for this recruitment has been fixed at 18 years and maximum age at 23 years. Reserved category candidates will be given relaxation in age limit as per rules. Apart from this, age will be calculated considering August 1, 2025 as the base.
Selection process and salary
Under this recruitment of BSF, selection will be done on the basis of physical test, document verification, physical standard test and detailed medical examination. There will be no written examination for this recruitment. Admit card will be made available to the candidates both by mail and on the official website of BSF. The selected candidates will get salary under Level 3 pay scale. The salary of these candidates will range from Rs 21,700 to Rs 69,100 per month. Apart from this, candidates will also get other allowances from the Central Government. Whereas General and OBC candidates applying for BSF recruitment will have to deposit a fee of Rs 159, while exemption in application fee has been given for SC, ST candidates.
