The country’s well-known oil and gas company HPCL has issued recruitment for 608 Graduate Apprentice Trainee posts. This recruitment is a special opportunity for those candidates who want to make a strong start to their career by taking training in a big government company after their technical studies. What should be the qualification?
In this recruitment, for the post of Graduate Apprentice Trainee, the candidate must have BE or B.Tech degree from a recognized university or institute. The degree should be in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation branch. At least 60 percent marks is mandatory for General and OBC category candidates. A minimum of 50 percent marks has been fixed for Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and Disabled candidates. Also, the year of passing of the candidate should be on or after April 1, 2023. Candidates who have passed before this will not be eligible for this recruitment.
age limit
To apply for this recruitment, the minimum age of the candidate should be 18 years and maximum age should be 25 years. According to government rules, age relaxation will be given to reserved category candidates. Relaxation of 5 years will be given to Scheduled Caste and Tribe category, 3 years to OBC category and 10 years to disabled candidates.
selection process
There will be no written examination or interview in this recruitment. Selection will be done entirely on the basis of merit. Merit list will be prepared on the basis of percentage of marks obtained in BE or B.Tech. Candidates selected in the merit list will be called for document verification. The ratio of document verification has been kept at 1:5, that is, five candidates can be called for one post. The final selection will be made if all the documents are found correct.
How much stipend will you get?
The Graduate Apprentice Trainee selected in this recruitment will be given a total stipend of Rs 25,000 every month. In this, Rs 20,500 will be given by HPCL and Rs 4,500 will be given by the Government of India through DBT.
