Biotechnology Research and Innovation Council i.e. BRIC has released the notification for recruitment to the posts of Deputy Director General and Director and the application process for these posts has now started. A total of 12 posts will be appointed by the organization and candidates can apply online till 21st December. This recruitment is a big opportunity for those who have been working in the field of biotechnology and research for a long time or want to make a career in higher positions.
BRIC has also released the eligibility conditions, according to which for these posts, it is mandatory for the candidates to have a PhD degree from a recognized institute. Along with this, additional qualifications are also required as per the posts, which are given in detail in the official notification. Talking about the age limit, the maximum age for Deputy Director has been fixed at 50 years, whereas for the posts of Director and Deputy Director General, the maximum age is 56 years. Age relaxation can also be given to reserved categories as per government rules.

To apply for these posts, candidates will also have to deposit the application fee. BRIC has fixed the application fee for the post of Deputy Director and Director at Rs 1000 and for the post of Deputy Director General at Rs 1500. Application fee will be paid only through online mode and candidates will have to preserve its receipt as it will be necessary in the further process.

Scanned copies of the documents will have to be uploaded in clear and correct size, so that there is no problem while filling the form. Candidates will have to fill all the information asked in the form carefully, because if wrong information is filled, the application can be canceled. All columns related to personal information, educational details and experience have to be filled carefully. After this, candidates will have to upload the scanned copies of their documents, in which the photo and signature should be clearly visible. After uploading all the documents, the application fee will have to be paid online.
