Maharashtra Deputy CM Ajit Pawar made an interesting statement by mentioning his uncle Sharad Pawar. The deputy CM said that earlier if we used to make a mistake, Sahab (Sharad Pawar) was present to compensate for him. Now we have to handle our mistakes ourselves. On Friday (September 26), he said in a sarcastic tone that he has a big difference in his own old and current personality and has matured with age.
NCP broke in July 2023
The NCP established by Sharad Pawar was divided into July 2023, when Ajit Pawar and many MLAs joined the then Eknath Shinde Sarkar. Ajit Pawar’s group got the party name and ‘clock’ election symbol while Sharad Pawar’s faction was named NCP (Sharadchandra Pawar).

Addressing the people present at an event on Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar, he said, “You know there is a lot of difference between the old Ajit Pawar and the current Ajit Pawar. As the age grows, the person has to change. Maturity also comes with age.”
What did Nikaya say about tickets in elections?
Talking on the upcoming civic elections, the Deputy Chief Minister said that tickets will be given only on the basis of merit. He said that new faces will also be given opportunity.
Helping farmers always my effort- Pawar
Ajit Pawar also said that his recent comments regarding relief amount have been misrepresented. He said, ‘It has always been my endeavor to help the farmers facing the crisis due to heavy rains. I will keep supporting farmers. There is no need to create misunderstandings.
We have also sought help from the center- Deputy CM
Talking to reporters, Pawar admitted that immediate assistance of five thousand rupees and 10 kg of food grains declared for flood affected people was not sufficient. He said, “The government will increase assistance. The state government is providing all possible help to the flood affected people. We have also sought help from the Center.”
