Registration has started for more than 13000 posts of assistant teachers, these candidates should apply immediately.

Big news has come for thousands of candidates who have passed TET (Teacher Eligibility Test) of West Bengal. The online portal of the Primary Education Board has been opened from 19th November. This announcement has come after the release of TET 2023 results on September 24.

In the third week of September itself, the Education Minister had told that recruitment notification for 13,421 posts will be issued. All these posts are for assistant teachers in state run and state recognized primary and junior basic schools.

Now let’s talk about the application process. The online portal of the Board of Primary Education will be activated from 19 November 2025, where TET pass candidates will be able to easily log in and fill the application. Candidates have been advised to apply as soon as the portal opens, so that last minute technical problems can be avoided.

Along with this, prepare all the necessary documents like TET scorecard, educational certificate, identity card and passport size photo in advance. This will make filling the application even easier.

Although TET passed candidates will be considered eligible, but the final selection will be done only after written process and document verification. Therefore, it is important for the candidates to remain updated during the entire process. For this, one should regularly keep an eye on the official website of West Bengal Board of Primary Education.
