Actor Kabir Bedi worked with veteran actress Rekha in ‘Khoon Bhari Mang’. Recently, the actor has revealed that when he received the offer of this film, he came to know that he would be the heroine line, so he immediately agreed. During this, Kabir also shared his work experience with Rekha. He told that Rekha is a private person and is also very sensitive.
In an interview to Siddharth Kanan, Kabir Bedi said- ‘I was shooting for a series named Magnum Pai in Hawaii, when Rakesh Roshan got a call. He offered me the role of Hero in his film and I asked why he chose me for it. Then he told me that the hero becomes a villain in the film and no other hero was ready to do so.
‘She is very sensitive and is afraid of hurting’
Kabir Bedi further says- ‘As soon as he (Rakesh Roshan) told me that Rekha is heroine, I said yes. At that time, it was a great respect for me to work with him. Talking about Rekha’s personality, Kabir Bedi said- ‘She is a very personal type of woman. She protects her privacy very strictly. She is very sensitive and I think she is afraid of being hurt. So she protects herself and I do this.

The ‘blood-filled demand’ actor further says- ‘Even today when we meet, we meet very warmly. I embrace them, thank them, I like them. But it is not that we sit together and spend evenings and talk about life. Because he is a very private person and this is his own way to live life, which you should respect. She was exactly like this in terms of work too. Used to meet well on the set, talks were held, but there was no special mail or social contact after work.
